About Myrto

Myrto Mangrioti is an author, speaker and Teacher of Presence who helps people stop overthinking, trust themselves and create a life they don't need a vacation from, with greater presence, freedom, authenticity and joy.

Drawing on more than 30 years across technology, advertising, entrepreneurship and leadership, Myrto brings practical wisdom and grounded spirituality to the way we approach our work, relationships and everyday lives.

Her own experiences of achievement, burnout, people pleasing and starting over led her to question many of the ideas we inherit about success, love and what a good life is supposed to look like. Today, through her books, speaking and teaching, she invites people to make more conscious choices about how they want to live and experience their lives more fully.

Known for her Mediterranean warmth and clear, engaging presence, Myrto has delivered keynotes, talks and workshops at events across Europe, the United States and Australia, including at the United Nations. Her media appearances include NBC, UK Health Radio, Recipe for Wellness, and international podcasts and interviews.

The Art of Living
Create a life you don't need a vacation from.

Myrto paints a picture of what a life you don't need a vacation from looks like. A life where you wake up looking forward to your day, rather than waiting for the next vacation to feel at peace, have fun or experience joy.

She gives audiences practical ideas they can use to start creating a life they genuinely enjoy living.

As I Am
How to Stop Overthinking and Start Being

Myrto explores how self-doubt, overthinking and the need for approval can keep us questioning ourselves, our choices and our worth. She shows audiences how to recognise the thought patterns that keep them stuck, trust themselves more and stop looking outside themselves for validation, so they can experience greater peace, confidence and joy.

Uncommitted
What if commitment is not the answer?

Myrto questions our deeply held belief that commitment is something we should always aspire to, and explores how easily it can become obligation, restriction and giving up parts of ourselves. She looks at how the expectations we inherit around love, work and success can influence the choices we make, and shows audiences how they can build relationships, work and a life they want while still feeling free to be themselves.

ROADMAPS
The Eight-Step System to Create Goals That Actually Work

Myrto challenges the way we traditionally think about goal setting and invites audiences to start with what they really want and why it matters to them. Through her eight-step ROADMAPS system, she shows them how to turn those desires into meaningful goals and practical action, while enjoying the process of achieving them.
