How much of your day do you spend thinking about what needs fixing, what needs doing, or what comes next?
Another goal. Another responsibility. Another problem to solve. Another version of your life that you imagine will finally give you more time, freedom or joy.
RESET gives you four days away from your usual routine to look at your life from a different perspective. To reconnect with what matters to you. To explore what you want next.
But this retreat is about more than what happens in the sessions.
We will walk through Athens. Sit around tables over good food. Explore the Acropolis. Travel together to Delphi. Talk. Laugh. Reflect. Wander through Arachova. Celebrate.
And deeply appreciate and experience each moment.
Throughout these four days, I will encourage you to put your phone away as much as possible.
Instead of capturing the moments, live them.
I want you to experience the Art of Living.
Greeks have been asking questions about how to live for thousands of years.
How do we know ourselves? What makes a good life? What is worth pursuing? How do we find meaning, pleasure, beauty and wisdom in the time we have?
We begin in Athens, a city where ancient history and modern life exist side by side. We will have deep sessions and work together, but we will also experience the city, walking through its neighbourhoods, visiting the Acropolis, eating together and allowing our conversations and exploration to become part of the experience.
Then we travel to Delphi.
For the ancient Greeks, Delphi was the centre of the earth. People travelled there seeking guidance from the Oracle, and above the entrance to the Temple of Apollo were words that have survived for centuries:
Know thyself.
It is difficult to imagine a more fitting place to step away from your usual surroundings and consider who you are, what matters to you and how you want to live.
There is no formula for how you should live your life. These four days give you the space to discover what is true for you.
Together, we will explore where you are now and what you want from this next stage of your life. The parts that already feel right. The parts you may have outgrown. The expectations, responsibilities and patterns that influence your choices. And the possibilities you may have been too busy to consider.
Giving yourself time to simply be. Becoming more present with yourself, the people around you and what you are experiencing, rather than always thinking about what needs doing or what comes next.
Seeing yourself, other people and your circumstances as they are. We will also talk about guilt; how it influences the choices you make, the permission you give yourself and your ability to enjoy your life.
Listening to yourself more deeply. Recognising what feels true for you and developing greater confidence in your own judgement, needs and desires.
Looking at the way you are living with greater awareness and choosing what you want to keep, what you want to change and what you are ready to let go.
Holding your plans and desires while remaining open to life as it unfolds. Trusting yourself when things change, adapting without losing your sense of direction and allowing yourself to experience what is here.
We will explore these ideas together in our sessions, and then put them into practice outside them.
As we walk through Athens, share meals, travel to Delphi, explore, talk and spend time together, you will have the opportunity to experience these ideas rather than simply talk about them.
A deeper knowing. More calm and inner peace. More strength and conviction in your choices. More trust in yourself and in life. And the freedom to give yourself time to simply be, experience what is here and enjoy it.
Apply for RESETEach day of RESET combines time together in our sessions with time experiencing Athens and Delphi.
There will be mornings when we sit together and explore the ideas we have been talking about. Afternoons when we walk through Athens, visit places that have shaped its history and allow the city to become part of the experience. Meals where conversations continue naturally around the table. And a full day in Delphi, with time at the archaeological site, the museum, Arachova and the mountains.
You will experience the Acropolis and the changing of the guard in Syntagma Square. We will wander through different neighbourhoods of Athens, from Plaka to Kolonaki and Exarchia, each with its own character, energy and feel. We will eat together, travel together, talk, reflect, laugh and celebrate together.
The days are full, but the intention is never to rush through them.
This is also part of the practice: being fully present wherever you are. Giving your attention to the conversation you are having, the food you are eating, the place you are exploring and the people you are with.
A full life can still have space in it.
You are managing work, relationships, family, responsibilities, plans and decisions. There is always something that needs your attention, and somewhere in the middle of all of it, you have stopped giving enough attention to yourself.
Where did my life go? What am I doing? Who am I?
I need a vacation. Now. I wish I could just press RESET.

Apply for RESETI'm Myrto Mangrioti, an author, speaker and Teacher of Presence.
For much of my life, I was very good at doing. Working, achieving, solving problems, taking responsibility and thinking about what needed to happen next. Learning to be present changed the way I experience my life.
Today, my work is centred around the Art of Living: knowing yourself, trusting yourself, making conscious choices and being present enough to enjoy your life as it unfolds.
RESET brings all of that together.
It combines the work I do with people with something equally important to me: travelling, exploring, sharing good food, having meaningful conversations, laughing, being spontaneous and experiencing life.
This is how I want to spend four days with you.
You have four days.
Four days to step outside your usual routine. To give yourself your full attention. To explore what you want to keep, what you want to change and what you are ready to let go.
Four days to experience Athens and Delphi, share conversations and meals, explore, laugh, reflect and enjoy where you are.
And then take something of that way of living home with you.
